The Line Availability chart is available on the Beta version of the details page.

The new Line Availability chart:

• separates events onto three lines, making it immediately clear if events impact availability figures or if they've been excluded
• enables click and drag to zoom in on events
• includes hovers on the chart for timestamp and additional details such as the event type and any comment
• optionally displays the events list with full details on the same page
• allows filtering of event types to remove them from both the chart and the list

The three availability lines are:

Impacting

typically outages, these have a duration and impact availability

Exclusions

events removed through planned maintenance or manual exclusion with SLA Now

Non-impacting

events which do not impact availability

The Line Availability chart can be viewed with most options collapsed (as above) or expanded (as below).

Note: As CPU utilisation and discards/line errors are more relevant to load issues, they have moved to the Traffic Load - Beta chart making it easier to correlate different data sources against the same timeline.

• Watch counts: The count of total watches shown in a service tile now consistently matches the grouped strip charts in the panel
• Details page date now constant: Fixed an issue where navigating between strip charts in a location switched back to the today view, rather than maintaining the selected time period
• Cellular Clarity: Click through from month/week view to detailed information on day view is working
• Traffic Load (Beta): Fixed issue where the units displayed for total traffic volume units were incorrect around the upper boundary of each unit range
