The Network Explorer panel, or Highlight "Tree", provides navigation to monitored services arranged into folders and locations and between Highlight systems if services are provided by more than one provider.
Providers can choose whether consumers accessing their provider domain URL can switch to other domains or not. It is also possible for consumers to create their own domain to monitor services from providers who don't currently offer Highlight.
With domains you can use the drop-down to switch between your own services and those from other providers (CowCom and NTR in this example).
Expand the tree (only visible if the tree is collapsed)

Favourites are locations or folders that appear at the top of your Network Explorer tree for quick access. It's also possible to send alert emails on your favourites and run a report on your favourites.
